In Zhovkva, in the Lviv region, a record for making the largest embroidered Easter eggs was set on April 28th. Master Galina Kovalska created 10 unique Easter eggs ranging in height from 90 cm to 1.5 meters. This was reported by the publication «Lviv media».
Each Easter egg was given a name: «The Ukrainian Easter egg is stronger than the Russian tank: it unites us and leads us to Victory.»
In addition to the exhibition of large Easter eggs on the central square of the city, a charity fair, quiz, master classes on sculpting Easter eggs from clay, patriotic body art, painting of Easter eggs and willow branches, as well as performances by a solo bandurist and a children’s choir took place.
